Each July, the USDA releases updated guidelines to our TEFAP program. For July 2026, you are eligible to become a guest at the Newport AAC Food Pantry if:
You currently participate in any of the following programs:
- Fuel Assistance
- WIC – Woman, Infants, and Children
- CSFP – Commodity Supplemental Food Program
- TANF – Temporary Assistance to Needy Families
- APTD – Aid to Permanently and Totally Disabled
- Food Stamps / SNAP
- Medicaid
- City, County, or Town Welfare
- Free & Reduced Price Lunches
- Aid to the Needy Blind
- Old Age Assistance
- SSI – Supplemental Security Income
- Rental Subsidy
Or: If you are homeless.
If you are not currently participating in one of those programs, you can still qualify based on income cap guidelines:
